Diia is a technology product that is admired all over the world. Documents in your smartphone, the fastest business registration in the world, and dozens of government services that everyone needs are just a few clicks away. Diia is the first official IT company of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, and we are creating the digital communication of the state. The goal is to digitize all public services, eliminate the corruption factor, and make public services understandable and accessible to every Ukrainian.
Problem
Lack of service in the application. Due to the high demand and relevance of the web portal among users. Since the service is complex and includes several services at the same time. Also, the information architecture is not fully developed, and the logic of some flows is not analyzed.
Task
The main task of the case was to analyze the flow of "eMalyatko" users on the portal, search for pain points, and solve them. Develop a full adaptation for a mobile application using its main patterns. "eMalyatko" is one of the most popular services in Diia. Currently, it is available only on the Diia portal.
Solution
UX research process & mobile app design adaptation.
Thanks to the analysis of the web portal and user flow, the use of additional resources, and the construction of the current information architecture as it is, the research process was conducted, testing with respondents was conducted, and the main conclusions were made based on the research questions. A full segmentation of users was carried out, and the main roles were identified. A complete service adaptive was created for the mobile application, improving the flow of users, and improving the receipt of services provided in the complex, taking into account the patterns and basic guidelines of the company.
